Early in her adult life growing up in Vancouver Canada, Jan was taught by several artists using a variety of mediums. Oils, acrylics, stained glass, collage and watercolors. However in 2005 her life and her art took on a new form a freedom of expression and emotion when she moved to Southern California. Jan was two time recipient of First Prize for 2D mixed media at the Beverly Hills Art Show and is exhibiting her art internationally.
