Jeff Huntington aka Jahru is a studio painter and street artist living and working in Annapolis, Maryland. He earned a Masters of Fine Arts degree in 1997 from the Art Institute of Chicago and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in 1995 from the Corcoran School of Art in Washington DC. Huntington taught painting as an adjunct professor at the Corcoran School of the Arts & Design / George Washington University from 2012-16. At this time, he and fellow artist, Julia Gibb, founded the nonprofit arts program, Future History Now (FHN), creating public art with youth in under-resourced communities throughout the world. Jahru and FHN art projects can be seen in Panama, Brazil, Colombia, France, Philippines, India, Hawaii, and throughout the continental United States.
