Irene Infantes (Seville) completed a BA in Textile Design at Central Saint Martins School of Art and Design. During her studies Infantes was afforded the opportunity to design a special collection of prints for Anthropologie or the ceramics company Legle France. She has also bestowed a ‘Textprint’ award which led her to exhibit her work in different galleries in London and at the textile fair Premiere Vision in Paris, where she was shortlisted for the Clothworkers Interior Award and the Woolmark Prize.
Her work has been exhibited across the UK and throughout Europe, including the London Design Festival, Lethaby Gallery, MoOD Brussels, Museum of Arts in Hamburg, Il Salone del Mobile in Milan, Madrid Design festival, Ox Poble Nou Barcelona or Ruthin Craft Centre.
