Ian McChesney is an architect specialising in residential projects and public artworks.
He studied at Kingston University and the Royal College of Art. In 1995, he joined John McAslan + Partners, where he delivered projects for Thames & Hudson, the Museum of Zoology Cambridge and the Royal Academy of Music. In 2001, he opened his own studio.
He has been commissioned by the UK’s most prominent landowners, architects, local authorities and developers. These include Chatsworth House, Argent, Derwent London, The Crown Estate and the King’s Cross Partnership.
