Gabrielle Teschner now lives and works in Richmond, VA. She received her BFA in Sculpture from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2003 and her MFA from California College of the Arts, San Francisco in 2007. Teschner’s work is included in the permanent collection of the De Young Museum in San Francisco and has shown throughout the Bay Area at Haines Gallery, John Berggruen Gallery, Irving Street Projects and Chandra Cerrito Contemporary. She is represented by The Tappan Collective in Los Angeles, where she was an artist-in-residence in Spring 2018. She will present a solo exhibition of new works at Lagalá 56 in Mérida, Yucatan in January 2019.
