"Colorful, thoughtful, engaging murals and paintings created to invigorate life."
Ellen Ogden is a freelance artist and muralist born, bred, and working in (but not constrained to) the South. Her work is a collaboration with designers, businesses, non-profits, and individuals, imbedding clients’ passion, and her own love into an aesthetic experience through vibrant painterly and text-based art. She has a knack for custom color, community, cultural history, and local entrepreneurship, informed by a background in academic painting, art history, museum curation, sign art and murals with Trader Joe’s, and Stained Glass with master artisan Stephen Wilson. When she’s not working, she enjoys traveling, reading, visiting museums and galleries, and being active outdoors.
