I'm Mexican/American from the southside of Chicago IL. I grew up practicing graffiti. I also teach graffiti art to high schoolers during after school art programs though Yollocalli a community non-for-profit that offers free art classes to teens in Chicago and also through the National Museum of Mexican art. My practice is in spray paint and creating large installations/ murals in rural areas. I really enjoy paint Día de los Muertos sugar skulls. Most of my designs focus around this theme. I really enjoy bringing back loved ones memories through some of my work. Others are paintings I paint of my own memories of loved ones or stories I've heard of others loved ones.
