I am an artist specializing in large-scale public installations ranging from architectural sculpture to infrastructure design. Since 2015, I have completed (4) public art projects for both public and corporate clients. Working from my studio in Portland, Oregon, I collaborate with a variety of expert consultants, sub-contractors, and studio assistants. I personally oversee every step of each commission, and install them myself with my crew of helpers.
My professional skills in both art and architecture have provided me the ability to present design solutions that harness the natural, the cultural, and the contextual qualities specific to a project. Exploring the intersection of these (3) phenomena has served as the basis of influence behind my designs. It is the intent of my work to make dramatic improvements to urban environments by fostering stronger communities, socially, spiritually, and intellectually.
