"post-impressionist in particular after the style of Van Gogh"
I take in all I see in Nature and the past and around me to put them onto canvases and walls in order to share my feelings with others. To bring a legacy to the future generations the history for heritage themes and to empower and inspire others to take up a hobby and do something with their lives. To give back to the community whenever they can using the talent gifted to them. I hope to be able to do this the other half of my life and as far as I can go.

More About This Creator

Q&A

How do your pieces come to life? Tell us one interesting thing about your creative process?

"I use intense colors and that shout out to people. I paint life size people on the walls making them come alive! I try to create movement in my strokes eg. animals and marine life in the water (Jurong Island)."

Q&A

What do you want people to do or feel when they encounter your creations?

"I want them to remember those same experiences I had at some moment in their lives. I wish them to feel some form of peace and comfort in seeing something that has been either passed and long gone (eg. heritage scenes). I want the children to know through education of these walls the history of each place and item they see on the wall."

Q&A

What funny moments, unexpected surprises, or obstacles have you encountered?

"The earlier obstacles I had doing public walls is the unpredictability of the weather here, and standing for long hours either on the ground or on ladders and scaffoldings. Exposure to the sun, getting used to the humidity and the heat and having to wait till the rain is over before I continue on - these are all part and parcel of doing wallart and murals."
