Beechwood Metalworks was established in 2002 by husband and wife team Casey & Emily Lewis. Casey and Emily both graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with BFAs, concentrating in Metal Sculpture. Each gained further technical experience working with metal fabrication shops prior to opening their own business and combining the functional and creative sides of metalwork.
Beechwood has a team of talented artists and metalworkers, each with their own certifications, skills, and aesthetic vision.
Renowned as creators of public art, our sculptures are featured at hospitals, museums, parks and other public places throughout the United States and in other countries.
Each metal sculpture is handcrafted and hand-painted, using methods that are a blend of cutting-edge technology with “old school” metal forming techniques. Our work is on display and available for purchase at Owl and Rabbit Gallery in Downtown Burlington.
Beechwood Metalworks also provides production of industrial parts, waterjet cutting, and metal fabrication.
