Adria Vey is the creator and solo lettering and illustration artist behind Draft and Ink. After years of creating, Adria started Draft and ink in 2019 after discovering her love for calligraphy and typography. A long time lover of all things artistic, she has an eye for different styles and enjoys finding the perfect aesthetic for her clients.
Apart from her adoration for lettering, Adria enjoys spending time at home with her two cats, taking trips to Disneyland, and performing in and watching musicals. Born in Washington state, she moved with her family to Southern California at age 7. It was around this time that Adria’s love for art was just blossoming with paint by numbers and needlepoint.
By adulthood, Adria found an undying love for dressing up signs, paper products, welcome mats, and home goods using her many developed fonts and flourishes. She hopes to continue creating for as long as she is able, and looks forward to carrying on Draft and Ink with brides, brands, small businesses, friends, and family.
