Color and Finish - Our products are made by hand using natural materials and therefore products will vary in appearance, texture and color. The finished product will vary from color samples. Concrete products will show different shades, tones of color and/or variations. Fill holes on the edges, surfaces and inside of the integral sinks may have a different shade or color tone than the other surfaces. These features add unique character to the piece.
Maintenance - All of our concrete products are sealed before shipment. Care should be taken especially during the first 4-6 weeks not to leave items on the surface that will trap moisture; such as, soap trays, toothbrush holders, or any object that can trap or attract moisture. Small clear rubber bumps can be used on the bottom of these items to allow air to circulate and for the surface to dry. Any spills or liquid should be cleaned up immediately to avoid staining. Windex with Vinegar is a great product to use for cleaning.
Shipping - Items are shipped by Freight Carrier on a pallet. Delivery will be to your home via curbside service, The driver will not bring the crate into your garage, home or business, and will not assist you in opening the crate. Please plan accordingly. Please thoroughly inspect the package/crate for damage BEFORE signing for the delivery. In the case that the shipment appears to have severe damage the shipment should be refused. Any Damage to the package/crate must be noted on the paperwork before signing for the shipment. Please notify us of any damage and we will set up a claim with the shipping company, and set up a free replacement shipment, or repair depending on the situation.
